Everything is Wonderful
“Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!” Psalms 150:6 NLT
We have a dog who exudes a sense of wonder at every small thing. She enjoys looking around on car rides or walks. She pauses at weeds or to watch geese. She inspired a motto in our family we use if something goes wrong like breaking a glass or being iced in by freezing fog. We say, “Everything is wonderful.” Because even in those disruptive or discouraging or disheartening moments, something, if we pause and look, is wonderful. God’s love is the wonderful and He is worthy of our praise. Psalms chapter 150 verse 6 says, “Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!” Father God, everything is wonderful. YOU are wonderful! We sing praises to YOU.
